Undergraduate Programs

Types of VISA
- International students need a German Student Visa (National Visa, Type D) to study in Germany. This visa is valid for long-term studies and must be converted into a residence permit after arrival in Germany.
Blocked Account Requirements
To get a student visa, students must show proof of financial means by opening a Blocked Account. For 2025, the required amount is approximately €11,904 EUR (about €992 EUR per month) to cover living expenses for one year. This amount must be deposited before applying for the visa.
